2010 1st Annual NxStageUsers Meet Up and Conference

NxStageUsers, the largest dialyzor and care partner support and advocacy organization using the NxStage System One, is proud to announce its 1st Annual NxStageUsers Meet Up and Conference. It will be held from October 10- 15, with a conference on the 11th and 12th at the Tropicana Hotel in Las Vegas. Rooms have been reserved at a cost of $59.99 49.99 for single or double.. Make your reservations early as seating is limited.

All dialyzors, including NxStagers, other home hemodialyzors, PDers, those in-center and partners are invited. In addition, those who are pre CKD5 are also welcome. Also, all nephrologists, dialysis nurses, social workers and dieticians are encouraged to attend. There will be pertinent presentations for all. Presenters will be NxStage dialyzors, care partners, prominent nephrologists and others.

Making Reservations at the Tropicana by Phone

Hotel reservations can be made by calling the Tropicana at 1-(800) 634-4000. To receive the preferred rate of $59.99 49.99 per night plus $7.99 resort fees plus tax. You must identify yourself as a NxStageUser and mention special code SNUG110.. Please make your reservations as early as possible as room availability is limited. The deadline to receive the preferred rate of $59.99   49.99 per night is September 1, 2010 or earlier if availability runs out.

*NOTE* If you wish to Book your Room before Oct 10th and/or stay later than Thursday Oct 15th, You must call the Tropicana.. Online Reservations can only be made from Sunday the 10th thru Thursday the 15th.

NxStage Medical. The odds are this will be the event of the year.

NxStage Representatives will be attending part of the Meet Up and Conference. This is your chance to talk directly to some of NxStage's Management....

For those on NxStage, please remember to make arrangements with your center/clinic to make appropriate arrangements with NxStage to have your supplies shipped. NxStage can only ship certain items. Patients are responsible for delivery of their cycler/other supplies. Please check with your center for additional details.

For Those who Dialyze In-Center: please make arrangements with your center/clinic to reserve a spot at a local dialysis center near Vegas.

Local Dialysis Facilities:
If you need to make arrangements to dialyze at a center while in Las Vegas, a complete List of Dialysis Centers is available upon request. Attendees requiring dialysis are encouraged to make their arrangements early as availability may be limited.
